Barry E. Levine is a graduate of Rutgers College, New Brunswick, New Jersey and the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey.  He was admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey in 1975.  Mr. Levine spent over 14 years as an attorney with the United States Government.  He was Assistant District Counsel for the Veterans Administration in Newark, New Jersey, and was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

In 1989, Mr. Levine entered private practice, and in 1994 established his own law firm.

The firm’s areas of concentration include litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, employment and insurance actions. The Real Estate Department focuses on commercial and residential purchases, sales and refinances.  The firm also handles Personal Bankruptcies, as well as Wills and Estates, with an emphasis on the needs of families of individuals with disabilities.


Mr. Levine is the co-author of "Guiding Those Left Behind in New Jersey" a book which offers legal assistance to those who have lost a loved one in New Jersey.
